Services and technical capabilities

Project-based technical services

GLab Enterprise undertakes scoped software and engineering work across network operations, broadband systems, monitoring, GIS, systems tooling, and technical documentation. Engagements are assessed individually against the intended outcome, operating environment, data boundaries, and available capacity.

01 · Network operations

ISP workflow systems

Workflow analysis and software for broadband operations, customer and service records, field work, inventory, administrative processes, and operational visibility.

02 · Monitoring

Network visibility and telemetry

Device inventory, monitoring workflows, SNMP integration assessment, telemetry normalization, alerting, and vendor/model-specific OLT or ONU compatibility review.

03 · GIS and infrastructure

Mapping and fiber planning

Network asset mapping, fiber route documentation, GIS planning workflows, route context, infrastructure records, and engineering estimation tools.

04 · Software engineering

Web applications and automation

Purpose-built web applications, dashboards, operational tools, data workflows, lightweight automation, and iterative prototypes with documented limits.

05 · Systems and security

Administration and diagnostics

Linux and server administration tooling, authorized SSH diagnostics, security-aware system reviews, operational safeguards, and test procedures for environments where permission is explicit.

06 · Technical documentation

Architecture and readiness records

Architecture notes, operator guidance, deployment and recovery documentation, validation records, lifecycle reporting, and clear separation of tested behaviour from planned work.

Engagement and delivery

Defined scope before implementation

Each enquiry is reviewed for business need, technical feasibility, required access, security implications, dependencies, delivery scope, and ongoing maintenance expectations. Work proceeds only after the parties agree the scope and responsibilities.

Business enquiries

Discuss a technical requirement

Include the problem to be solved, the operating environment, relevant constraints, and the expected outcome. Do not send credentials, subscriber/customer records, private network diagrams, or unredacted logs in an initial enquiry.
